Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your bike box or parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
